One-on-One Appointments

There are two types of One-on-One appointments;  Catalogue One-on-One Presentation and Full Set Drop with a Tester Set or a New Set. 

    1. Arbonne One-on-One Catalogue Presentation  is a perfect way to introduce and present the products to someone who prefers a “One-on-One” experience.  This can be done in a home or coffee shop.  Follow the instructions in this document:

    2. Full Set Drop-Off with Tester Set or New Set - When you have full sets (with the RE9 DVD) in the hands of several potential clients/future consultants, it’s a great example of leveraging your time.  Think of each of the sets as employees.  They are out “presenting” for you.  This is also a good option for people who have limited time and unable to do presentations, however, they want to get in front of 30 people a month.  An example of this is:  you could drop off two sets to two different people (they will keep the set and try it for two days) at the same time you can be doing a workshop or catalogue presentation.  It's like being in three places at once.  This is also a good reach out method if you have prospects who work long hours or travel and find it hard to nail down a time to get together with you.  If you are going to use this Drop off method, then you will need 2 to 4 extra RE9 sets.. YOU WILL FIND THE MOST SUCCESS WHEN YOU DO PRESENTATIONS/WORKSHOPS AS WELL AS THE DROP OFF METHOD, YOU WILL HAVE A WELL ROUNDED BUSINESS AND SEE GREATER SUCCESS. 

    Tester Set Drop off:  You may choose to give someone a full tester set so they can experience the full size products  A good candidate for this method is someone who you have been trying to get an appointment with and they are too busy to meet. Tester sets should always be clean and presentable.  [NOTE: Because the neck cream and night cream are not in a dose metered pump, we do not recommend putting a full size night crème or neck cream in the tester set for sanitary reasons. Some alternatives are: 1) Use a sample pack (separate night crème and neck cream) 2) Scoop out a small amount (enough for 3 days from your full size tester into a small plastic jar. You can purchase small containers on line or at a beauty supply store.  When the client returns the tester set, clean/refill the jar before giving it to the next person.]

    New Set Drop off:  When  using a new set, be sure to include a sample with the new set to “try before they  buy”.  Briefly share the Arbonne Product and Opportunity.  Your goal is to find out if they are a 1, 2, or 3. (see script).  When dropping off a new set, always explain "Use the sample first.  If you love it, (and I’m sure you will), and you would like to buy the set it is a new set, so feel free to open the boxes and use it.  Use the sample first to make sure  you love the products, because once you open the set, that means you intend to buy it."  This scenario is perfect for someone who is going to want the products as soon as they try them.  When you introduce people to the Arbonne product using a brand new set, they usually know other people who would like to have the same experience.  This is how you introduce future clients and consultants to the business through the Drop off method of sharing .  Follow the instructions in this document:

      b. Ask for Referrals:  Referrals are an important part of our business.  The way to  ensure you have lots of referrals is to ask.  Study and role play the "Asking for a Referral Script" so you are prepared and confident to ASK! After the workshop when you sit with your host to go over the sales and rewards, it  is the perfect time to ask for referrals.

    5. 3 ways to Join:

      Client - shop retail from the catalogue. [offer opportunity to host and earn host rewards]

      Preferred Client - fill out an application and pay $29 to shop at a 20% discount.  They are also eligible for the RSVP. [offer opportunity to host and earn host rewards]
