We want your focus to be on Skin Care because 70% of the reorder business in Arbonne is Skin Care. We recommend that you Master the Swiss Skin Care Workshop first. You should have already observed your sponsor giving this workshop so you already have an idea of how it goes. Since it is a workshop your guests expect you to have a script. Remember, your script is your safety blanket. You want your guests ordering Skin Care because that is what is going to keep them loyal and keep them reordering. Follow the instructions below:
1. Swiss Skin Care Workshop (SSCW) Instructions and Script
a. Study your script. Highlight what you want to emphasize. This script is comprehensive and has everything you’ll need for your SSCW. - What to bring, how to set up, opening, content about the RE9 Advanced line, tips on a few Arbonne Cosmetics and the closing.
b. Purpose of the SSCW: Branding of Swiss standard of excellence, sophisticated and educational. It is designed to sign up Preferred Clients, sell RSVPs in order to introduce them to more products. Creates loyal product users who continue to reorder. We build the value of the Ultimate Value Pack throughout the workshop. This is the RSVP.
2. Bring your Arbonne VP Bag
This will have the supporting documents and forms you will be using that are mentioned in the Swiss Skin Care Workshop (SSCW) Instructions and Script.
3. Scripts and Role Playing to be Competent and Confident
a. Asking/Scheduling at a Workshop/Presentation Your goal is to get two more bookings from your current workshop. Study this document to learn how to ask or invite someone to host when meeting with them individually at the close of the workshop.
b. Ask for Referrals: Referrals are an important part of our business. The way to ensure you have lots of referrals is to ask. Study and role play the "Asking for a Referral Script" so you are prepared and confident to ASK! After the workshop when you sit with your host to go over the sales and rewards, it is the perfect time to ask for referrals.
c. Host Coaching Check list: It’s called host coaching because you are the coach for your host. The host coaching process is crucial to the success and outcome of your presentation/workshop. You and your host are partners because you both want a positive outcome. You will have a successful presentation and she/he will earn $100 worth of product for $20 for every $250 sold at the presentation/workshop Communication between you and your new host is the key to the success of your scheduled presentation.
4. Booking Sample Gift - This is optional - a nice touch when enticing guests to book at your presentation . It creates a little urgency because they want to take home the spa experience. A spa treatment in a bag. Includes: one package of Sea Source Bath Soak and a Sea Source Spa Sample and Arbonne Cosmetics: 1 Primer and Lip Gloss sample. (see Swiss Skin Care Script how to use). The choice of Sea Source for the Booking Sample Gift is due to the fact that the host gift is one of the Sea Source sets - using these first will get them excited about earning their host gift. The 3 bookings you are likely to get will be: Swiss Skin Care Workshop, Arbonne Cosmetics or Spa Party.
5. Suggested Order Forms for Preferred Clients and Clients: When closing the Swiss Skin Care Workshop you will use the Right Start Value Pack Pre-Order. The order has most of the products in it that you covered in the Workshop. There is also a place where they can substitute one product for another. Remember, women buy value! Use the "Ultimate Value" Packs. If the "Ultimate Value Packs" (the RSVP) is not in their budget, use the 4-Square Closing sheet.
