1. Initial Meeting With Prospect: They should have gone through the "Discovery/Sponsoring Interview and Personal Strategy" on this site by now. If not, do that first. Then they will know:
a. Their Upline information
b. How to determine if they want to be a Business Consultant or Retail Consultant
c. The dates for their first 3 Presentations/Workshops
d. Dates to view Getting Started 1 &2 webinars.
e. How to identified their first 20 people on their list.
f. How to Identify 5 people who they would like to host a workshop for them.
g. How to started expanding their 20 name list and work towards their 100 name list.
h. How to start role playing to invite guests.
i. How to start writing their "Why".
2. Their 1st Workshop/Presentation
a. Continue to coach your new consultant on how to invite guests to their Presentations/workshops. They will need to invite 20+ people to get 6-8 people to attend. Before they invite their guests, set up a time to role play again on “how to invite”. You can do this over the phone.
b. Let your new consultant know that at their presentations/workshops, you will help them to schedule more workshops, immediately. Their first couple of presentations/workshops may be self hosted (they are acting as the host and inviting people to their home). As their sponsor, you will do the presentations/workshops with them (unless they are long distance.) The goal is for them to be competent so that they can feel 100% confident in giving the presentations/workshops on their own.
c. Have your new consultant review "Your 1st Three Presentations/Workshops" section of this site. Have them go over "Your Role" and get familiar with the Presentation or Workshop script even though you will be doing it:
3. Sign them up Online: Instructions for signing up a New Consultant or Preferred Client.
4. Help them with their Product Order and Business Aids. Their most important business tools are the products they will be demonstrating at their presentations/workshops. Help them choose an order that best fits their budget and the level of activity that they will be doing for their business.
