Your First Three Group Presentations/Workshops with your Sponsor If your sponsor lives near you they will do your first Product Workshops and you will be assisting.

ii. Coaching the host If you are hosting your own presentation/workshop, then you are the host. Follow these instructions and review with your sponsor. Use the Host Planner and the Host Checklist as a guide.

iii. Creating Your Why When inviting your warm market [friends and family] to your first presentations/workshops, it’s important to share with them your "WHY" . Your WHY explains WHY you decided to start an Arbonne business. The link below will help create your “Why”.
iv. Introduce your Sponsor (go over with them what they want you to say)
v. Help pass the products around.
vi. Make your guests feel comfortable
vii. This is on the job training; observe and learn so you can become confident and independent.
b. Your Sponsor's Part
i. You and your sponsor will meet with the guests individually and write up their product orders.
ii. They will assist you in meeting and greeting the guests.
iii. After you introduce them, they will open the workshop, go through the product Presentation and close with the 3-ways to win.
iv. After the guests leave, your sponsor will critique and review the presentation/workshop with you. This will help ensure success at futures presentations/workshops.
v. Sponsor will help you place the orders.
c. Competency Standard:
There is a Competency Standard for the results that you want to achieve at your presentations. This may or not happen with your first presentations/workshops. This is a learning process. You are still practicing and you will get better with coaching and role playing.
i. Minimum $500 in orders from each Presentation/workshop
ii. Schedule two more presentations from each Presentation/workshop
iii. Sign up a minimum of 2 Preferred Clients or Consultants from each Presentation/workshop.
iv. Invite guests to an upcoming Empower Your Life Opportunity Event or Webinar.
