Discovery/Sponsoring
Interview and Personal Strategy

Purpose:
Through a series of steps and questions discover whether Arbonne is a fit for your prospect.  If so, is it as a Consultant, Preferred Client, Client or Host?   Follow the steps in the Discovery and Sponsoring Interview - based on what your prospect chooses.  If it is consultant, you [sponsor] will go over the Business Summary (Success Triangle) and then help them with their Personal Strategy.

    Discovery and Sponsoring Interview: Use these instructions to discover your prospects dreams, desires and discontents and through a series of steps and questions see if Arbonne might be a fit for them.

    The above Discovery document refers to "Discovery Interview Questions" and the Business Summary (Success Triangle).  They are included below for your convenience.

    Personal Strategy - At this point you will have already found out their Dreams, Desire and Discontents, reviewed the Success Triangle and where they see themselves.  You can move right into the Getting Started process and preparing for their first presentations/workshops.
