1. Your Next Presentations/Workshops
a. When you are confident you will start doing your own presentations/workshops
b. The coaching systems we have are designed to build your confidence by role playing and practicing. You will role play with your sponsor or upline and then practice. The more you practice, the more competent you will become, which will lead to confidence.
c. We have scripts that you will use at the presentations. They are your safety blanket. Usually by your fourth or fifth presentation you feel confident to do it on your own.
2. 2X2X2 We have put the activities in the order of importance and effectiveness. 2x2x2 means perform the following activities each week:
a. 2 Group Presentations or Workshops per week
i. You will begin with Skin Care Presentations/Workshops
ii. You will average about 3-8 people per Presentation/Workshop
iii. Therefore, you will average 24 - 32 people a month.
b. 2 “One-on-One” Appointments per week
i. Meet with someone “one-on-one” to share the products or income opportunity.
ii. This can be a one on one catalogue presentation or a tester set or new set drop. Follow up within 3 to 4 days.
iii. You will average 8 people a month.
iv. If you have a workshop cancelation, then you will make it up with 3 “one on one” appointments.
c. 2 Placing sample packs and follow up
i. Give out 2 sample packs a day (minimum 3 days a week)
ii. You will average 24 people a month.
iii. Keys to sample pack success - placing the initial sample pack and creating excitement about using it. Setting a date and time to reconnect and follow up when you initially give the sample out.
d. From these 2x2x2 activities you will ensure that you realize your minimum of 30 or more people experiencing Arbonne every month.
i. From the above activity your goal is to have minimum of 30 people a month experiencing the product
ii. From the above activity, your goal is to sign up a minimum of 10 preferred clients a month, each purchasing an RSVP or a minimum $150 order. [This activity level is to help ensure you maintain your District volume and meet new people to sponsor as business consultants]
3. Group Presentations or Workshops
a. Swiss Skin Care Workshops Achieve higher sales volume because you are presenting to 3 - 8 people at a time. Client gets amazing results because they are educated on using sets and full range of products and they reorder. Focus is on Anti-Aging/RE9 Advanced. Meet new people, schedule more workshops and invite to upcoming Empower Your Life Opportunity Events.
b. Catalogue Presentation Perfect for new consultants to do on their own if they don't live near their sponsor. DVD's - RE9 Advanced with Dr. Peter Matravers and the Arbonne Opportunity "This is Your Time" serve as third party endorsement for the consultant. Perfect for hosts who want to have you talk about more products than just one line. This script can be used for sharing multiple product lines. Choose the additional product lines from the catalogue and share the benefits.
4. One-on-One Appointments
There are two types of one on one appointments; Catalogue “One-on-One” Presentation and Full Set Drop with a Tester Set or a New Set. Go to this page for Instructions on both.
