This System for Success is to guide you, the Consultant, to get to the District Manager Level and to maintain your District Manager status. It brings together all the tools we use in a systematic manner so you know when to use them and how to use them. It also guides you on helping others to get to District Manager using the same system. Learning to get to the District Manager level and helping others do the same is 95% of everything we do in this business. It is what will take you to the Nation Vice President Level.
Most likely you have already had your initial meeting as a new consultant with your sponsor and they have gone over the following with you:
- Business Summary (Success-Triangle).
- Helped you sign up as a Consultant.
- Placed your product and business aids order.
- Set up a time to attend a Getting Started Workshop #1 & #2.
- Scheduled your first three product workshops/presentations.
- Role played on how to invite and helped you create your "why".
- Gave you the immediate tasks of:
- Reading through literature received in starter pack
- Reading and studying the product catalogue
- Given you the "Check List for a New Consultant"
