Sample Letter for Mother's Day

Dear Debbie,

It was nice to talk to you earlier this week. As I mentioned when I spoke to you on the phone, I represent Arbonne International, a preeminent marketer of pure, safe, and botanically-based products of unparalleled quality and benefit.  I am happy to offer Sportsmen’s Lodge a special Mother’s Day program that will benefit your patrons at no cost to you.

On Mother’s Day each year, Arbonne celebrates mothers by giving a gift certificate for a complimentary facial or a make-over for each mom.  We also display a beautiful basket with $100 in Aromatherapy Body Products which we have a drawing for at the end of the day.  All of the mothers are entered into the drawing.  We usually bring carnations and give one to each mother along with the gift certificate.

I would personally coordinate this event at your restaurant.  The mothers would be given a gift certificate prior to their being seated by the host or hostess.  I would be happy to have the certificates made with the Sportsmen’s Lodge logo on them, to indicate that the certificate is also compliments of your establishment.

I chose Sportsmen’s Lodge this year because, as I mentioned, Mother’s Day at Sportsmen’s Lodge is near and dear to my heart. 10 years ago on Mother’s Day, my family celebrated at your hotel and today I have an exciting and fulfilling business (and beautiful skin) because I received a gift certificate at Sportsmen’s Lodge in 1992. I also had my Sweet 16 at Sportsmen’s Lodge 31 years ago, so… there’s lot’s of history there for me!!
 
Arbonne has done a Mother’s day promotion for several years at many restaurants and hotels throughout the country, and it has proven quite successful.  My purpose is to get Arbonne’s name out into our community.   

I have enclosed a catalogue so you can see the high quality of our products.  I have also enclosed a copy of the gift certificate that we used at the Sportsmen’s Lodge Hotel a few years ago.  I look forward to talking to you soon to discuss how we can join together in celebration of Mother’s Day.
