5-Point Sponsoring Plan

1.  Always offer the host the opportunity.  I do this when I coach them on how to have a successful class and when I get to the class early to set up.

2.  Get to the class early to set up and ask the host "who is coming tonight that would be great doing what I do?"  Who is looking for a career change?  Who loves these types of products and this type of business?  Who is looking for change in their life or a way to make more money?

3.  Always tell your "I" story - make it short and powerful and make sure you drip about the opportunity while you are telling your story.  Your story should include why you started your own business, a product testimonial and what you like best or what you are looking forward to.

4.  During the class Look for the person you want to have on your team.  This would be the person having the most fun, showing the most interest, buying the most products or telling the host she/he should do this.

5.  When everyone is gone and you are going over the orders with the host, be excited for what they earned and share what you earned.  Offer them the opportunity again.

Do this at every single class and you will be RVP in know time.

Train Your Team and Lead By Example!

You must open your mouth and share the opportunity with everyone.  Don't pre-judge or decide for the client or prospect.  Let everyone know what you are doing, show them how they can be involved and see what happens to your business.

Hold Your Consultants Accountable To Their Goals – don’t lower the standard and at the same time, have other focused activity in place that they can choose from.

     First 3 classes in 2 weeks – we will get 1 class booked from each of these.

       Book 3 one on ones.

       Give a catalog and samples to a silent host who would like to earn the host discount to get the RE9 line. “outside orders count”

       Bring a guest or two to my class.  The sales from your guests are your sales.

       Bring a couple of guest to the “Earn While You Learn Class”.

       Invite a couple of the clients who purchased a minimum of $100 to the Makeup and Margarita night and we will introduce them to the wholesale opportunity.

       Get a couple of your friends together who you believe would be interested in the opportunity and I will do a business presentation for you.

There are different ways to keep people in activity.  Focused Activity will get you to your goal.

       Commitment to doing whatever it takes to have – An Extraordinary Life.

       Sponsor – share the opportunity and products with everyone I meet.

       Sell The Opportunity and Lifestyle – Health and Wealth.

       Identify those who have the desire and commitment and run with them.

       Use the system to get your new consultants into management immediately – 6 For Success, Focused Activity and wholesale buyers.

       Learn reaching out methods for all of the above.

       Find a coach and learn how to coach your key team members.

       Be consistent, always have a goal and have fun!
